Engagement Models
We offer the following engagement models:
- Contract: This model allows you to quickly ramp up your delivery capabilities and start delivering on your projects. Typically candidates are an exact match for your technical skills requirement and are productive from day one of the engagement. With this model, you will see qualified profiles within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your Job Description and can interview potential candidates to select for immediate contract hire.
- Contract to Hire: This model allows you and the candidate to try out a role before committing to full-time employment. Also known as “temp to hire,” this model typically sets out the length of time the contractor will work for you. At the end of this trial period, you can decide whether to hire the contractor as a full-time employee with benefits.
- Permanent Hire: This model allows you to attract top-talents for your permanent hire from our database of qualified candidates across the nation (USA and India). We work closely with you to understand your organization, culture, Information Technology landscape & roadmap and devise a plan to attract and retain the right talent for long term permanent employment.
