This article walks through the process of hiring an AEM Developer for contract from Onwardpath.
If you are an existing customer of Onwardpath, you can email the AEM Developer Job Description to your Account Manager at Onwardpath.
If you are a new customer, you can Contact Us and we will respond within 24 hours and walk through our Staffing Services engagement models – Contract, Contract to Hire & Permanent Hire. We will share our Master Services Agreement (MSA) covering Invoice, Payment and other terms and work with you to execute the same. We will then assign a Single Point of Contact (Account Manager) who will work with you to fill your positions.Â
The Account Manager will review your Job Description, and email you any questions/clarifications we need from you. Then the candidate sourcing process will be initiated. We will search for a suitable candidate from our internal database and if we are unable to find a match, we will source candidates from our Job Boards and Partner Network.
Out two step screening process is as follows:
- Recruiter Screening (Phone call to check availability and matching skills)
- Technical Screening (Video Interview by our Senior Engineer member)
We will shortlist suitable candidates and email you their resume. Along with the resume we will share the details about the candidate’s Skills & Experience Summary, Current Location, Visa Status (when applicable), Availability (Start Date) and Cost (Hourly Billing Rate). We will also send you a weekly report of our staffing efforts to fill this position.
About 97% of the time you will receive the first qualified profile within 48 hours of sending the Job Description to us.
After reviewing the profile, you can work with the Account Manager to schedule candidate interview. We use WebEx, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet for the interviews. You can interview as many candidates you like. When you like a candidate, you can inform us via email/phone to proceed with the engagement of the selected candidate.
We will send a e-signature request to execute a Statement Of Work (SOW) with details about the Candidate, Billing Rate, Duration of Engagement, Work Hours & Work Location.
We will work with the candidate to successfully start in your project on the start date of the assignment.
After the engagement has started and you are happy with the consultant, we will submit invoice along with approved timesheets for payment processing as per the agreed Invoice & Payment Terms in the MSA.
We will conduct bi-weekly status calls with our consultant to ensure optimal performance & delivery of your project objectives. We will have monthly meetings with you to collect feedback about the performance of our consultant and address any identified gaps. If you are not satisfied with the performance of the consultant, we will work with you and provide a replacement candidate with a matching skillset and experience.
If you have any further questions, feel free to Contact Us and we will be glad to answer them.
